JAF Gifts is a Joke! This company didn't ship my gift to me on time. In fact, they didn't ship until 3 weeks after I placed the order and called to speak to a customer service rep. The rep was completely clueless and unapologetic. Worst of all the order was incorrect!! I called again to get the correction made and they were not able to rectify the situation. They told me the gift had been discontinued and there was nothing they could do! Idiots running this company.
